It took three tries of going to this bank in person, and finally refusing to leave until we had all of the login information in hand to be successful. There are no Saturday hours, even for the drive-through, the annuities officer was clueless, and even a process as simple as ordering checks was not done correctly. I have been a member of Robins Financial for almost 50 years. It is impossible to call a branch…read moredirectly. If you call the local number your call goes to a clearing house where the operator will not give you a direct number. You can only talk to someone if you get in your car and drive to the branch. This is very difficult for me, because I have mobility issues. If you don't know your party's extension, well you're completely out of luck. If you do know it, your call will go to voice mail and that person will never call you back. Even if you request a CSR to email you, they won't. I have to create a trust account and I guess the CSR I started working with just doesn't want to be bothered with. I wasted a couple of hours of my time, as well as my lawyer's time, the first time we sat down to open the trust account. We were told he would call us back in a couple of days. Eight days later, two voice mails and one email request, he's not bothered to address my needs. I'm having to go to another bank to get this done since we are running out of time. I have never been so disgusted with a bank as I am with Robins Financial.
