The lines moved quickly. The teller was super friendly. She looked at my ID and made change. I was in and out very quickly.

There has been a sloppy transition from SunTrust to Truist. I requested a new debit card from…read moreTruist to replace my SunTrust debit card. Before receiving the new card, and obviously before I activated it, they blocked my SunTrust card that I had been using. I am no longer able to pay bills were access funds. They were not able to offer any solution other than I needed to come and get a temporary card. This would cause me to have to takeoff of work which I cannot afford to. This was completely unacceptable and I will most probably search for a new bank.
