The receptionist was very reassuring that the stylist would be helpful to me in picking out my color and style. I felt very much at ease. When speaking to the stylist, she could tell I had no idea what I really wanted, or what would work. She lent me her expertise, and in no time at all, we had a plan. The plan was not originally what I had wanted, but after the hairstylist taking the time to explain to me what would take better, and what would look better - I went with her suggestions. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the result! It was exactly what I wanted, and I didn't even know it! It came out perfect. Megan was absolutely meticulous. She even stayed 15 minutes past the mall closing to make sure everything was perfect. Looking very much forward to seeing her again in 2 weeks for a new cut and style. I was TRYING to go to the Cape Cod mall barbershop, but they closed at 4 on Saturday. So when the barber shop was closed, I remembered that the mall had a Regis... I asked how much a simple hair cut would be, was told $26, said "thank you" and turned and walked away. I don't have much hair to cut! I saw the mall also had a Dellaria, and the price there was $22. OK, this was closer to the $15 I expected to pay at the barber. I was hoping it would come with a shampoo, but it didn't. The receptionist gave me an appointment in 20 minutes, so I was able to go browse around the mall until then. Just enough time to walk through Newbury Comics! The Dellaria receptionist was very pleasant and professional despite looking all of 16. There was only one stylist working, a very pleasant and very tanned man. He gave me a good haircut and I enjoyed talking to him, which is unusual for me... typically I don't like to have a conversation with the stylist while my hair is being cut... so I was very satisfied. He took his time, and I felt I got my money's worth.... and I felt like a new man when I left. And isn't that what a good haircut is supposed to do for you??? Giving them 3 stars "A-OK", because my friend thinks it's a little too long on top, and a bit "comb-over-y." Then my friend said "he could fix it when we got home." HAH! I'm not letting him near it. I like it.
