It's the bank that you will see almost everywhere with the most ATMs around. This smaller version of Banco Popular is within this Walmart Super Center, but open during regular business hours. Known for their excellent service, this location is not the exception; when I used to live in Caguas, Puerto Rico, I would often visit this location before doing some shopping.
