Clearly this place is a club. The lights are so cool at night, and it clearly caters to the late night crowd. My sister and I decided to check it out around dinner time so it was pretty dead. (She lives in the city but had never been there.) However, the staff was nice enough to let us sit upstairs on the balcony even though it wasn't technically open (the hospitality of Mexico is pretty awesome). It was a good place to view Chapultepec (the road & sidewalk area in the center). The menu is limited to mostly bar staples, but the drink menu is pretty great. They have a ton of fun drinks named after famous artists or bands. Some old school American hits were playing on the screens and in the sound system. My sister ordered the hamburger, and I got the quesadillas. My quesadillas were pretty small, but I wasn't terribly hungry. My sister said her burger was just okay. I got a drink called the Vampiro (made with tequila, Squirt, and some other stuff), and I got 3 of them since they were 27 pesos (just over $1 US).
All in all, a good place to people watch, but not terribly interesting if you just want a bite to eat. If I were younger, I might rate this higher as the nightlife is probably pretty great here. However, the chairs are very small and 4 of them are squished around tables made for 2 people. They also have free Wi-Fi and post the name & password clearly around the establishment.
