We had dinner upstairs (they have a lift to the top floor; the atmosphere is quite lovely). We were told they only have pizza at the dinner hour, later we saw other patrons with different food. For starters we had rice balls. These are probably tasty elsewhere. These looked perfect, but were cold on the inside and served with no sauce. The pizza had a very thin crust, which I like, but it was charred/overcooked and not in a good way. I'm giving it 2 stars because the staff downstairs where we purchased some Venchi chocolates to take back to the states with us were fantastic people.
This was our last full dinner in Rome so we didn't let it get us down, instead we paid our bill and headed to Come il Latte for some absolutely stellar gelato.
