All other floors have a great selection of clothing stores, shoe stores, accessories, beauty products, etc. My girlfriend and I have personally frequented Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, American Eagle, Dyson, Bath & Body Works, Sephora, and, of course, Starbucks. I find that the customer service and selection here is better than most malls back home. FYI, if you're travelling on a budget, this might not be the place for you, as you will find that the prices are higher here for some items than if you bought them in the US. It's interesting to note that mall culture in Latin America is alive and well, while most malls back home are hanging by a thread. But I digress. This mall provides a great shopping experience. I was looking for. When I travel out of country, I always try to get a souvenir from a Louis Vuitton store. Louis Vuitton at Palacio de Hierro Polanco in Mexico City was here I went to look. The store wasn't busy at all the multiple times I went in but the service was impeccable for a Louis Vuitton. The client advisor who helped me was Sebastian and his English was perfect! The service I got from him was the best I have ever received from a LV. I bought a pocket organizer one day and was torn about getting a second item, but I went back the next day to get the second item I was thinking about. Sebastians help and how nice and friendly he was did play a big part of me going back and getting my second item. When I'm back in CDMX (hopefully soon), I will return and get another souvenir and make sure to see Sebastian.

My friends and I were going to make a sandal and wallet purchase and we were immediately received with deprecatory remarks from your security staff & team. One of the younger gentleman at the entrance made a poor comment prior to opening the door for us during a pouring afternoon in Mexico City. The judgement was clearly a derivative of the casual/informal attire that we were wearing. The doorman security let us stand in the pouring rain for about a minute prior to opening the door. Moments before opening the door he proceeds to chuckle with his colleague and says to him out loud in Spanish "well these are our clients, right? haha" He might've assumed that we didn't hear them but they were very loud and as a bilingual native speaker I was well aware of the derogatory comment. Then while we are looking through the store selection they proceed to begin to follow us all around the store while the staff are texting and laughing while also clearly talking about us through their walkies. They made assumptions of what we were able to purchase/afford based on our appearance and this made us feel extremely uncomfortable, offended, and disrespected. As an LV portfolio holder, I'd expect much better treatment. I decided not to order a pair of sandals because the store was not deserving of the recording of the net sale and retailer commission that they'd be entitled for all purchases. These staff need to understand that this behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
