"yelp" suppresses honest reviews. No consideration to my factual review but base the average rating on Kelly Payne, a friend of Frank Brancato. Look elsewhere on google for honest ratings. See below the letter attached where he threatened me with a lawsuit for telling the truth. Of course, he never sued me because the truth is on my side.

Last Will and Testament prepared by and witnessed by Frank Anthony Brancato also named him "personal representative" and executor. He reasonably should have known that a lawyer of reasonable prudence and competence would ascertain that prior documents that he also prepared would conflict with the client's last wishes. He failed to provide the legal knowledge, skill, thoroughness and preparation reasonably necessary to assure that the clients last wishes were distributed as per the will. He failed to act with reasonable diligence. He failed to reasonably consult with the client about the means by which the client's objectives are to be accomplished. He failed to explain the matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions. He failed to inform the client that, as a result of his violations of professional conduct that he, as executor, would nullify the last wishes in the very same will that he prepared and witnessed. As a result of his own negligence and lack of due diligence, Frank Anthony Brancato have made nullifications of last wishes contrary to the intention of the will. This has caused beneficiary financial harm in the thousands of dollars due in unnecessary legal bills that are still mounting.
