I turned around on Rail Street... got distracted at Porters but within five minutes was back on track to Olde Towne. They have a small parking lot which had a space, so I eagerly parked and popped i side. It is super cute. Very farm house-ish. Definitely a old house converted i to a bed and breakfast with most of the downstairs rooms dining. The kitchen can be seen from the room I sat in. It looked very clean and organized. I browsed the menu and decided on pancakes. They are served with bacon or sausage.... Im not a huge meat eater so I chose bacon and crumbled up on the pancake.... Ended up pushing it off the pancake and not eating it. Not their fault. Bacon is fine but Im just liking bacon less and less. Today was a no bacon day. Lol. However the pancakes! Wowzers. Huge. Fluffy. i got two that were each almost as big as the oblong platter they were served on. I couldnt finish all of it. They were delicious. I see why people give this place a good rating. The staff was welcoming and make you feel at home. Its just a good old fashioned breakfast/lunch spot. Not bougie at all... which to me is a plus "not" to be bougie. Sometimes you just need a place that feels like home. This is that place.

While I was apprehensive about it, it was very good. There were three stuffed nachos on the plate and it was plentiful for an appetizer. It was quite the delightful trip. They have multiple TVs and a nice bar area with plenty of drink selections. Everything about this place was better than I anticipated. I'll be back.
