It varies from Gen-Y flavoured disinterest to abrupt and borderline rude, as though placing an order for a meal is a major inconvenience. Maybe a little training is required here? The menu is very straightforward, and what they do they do well. It's not the sort of place you go to push your boundaries of Indian cuisine, but it's a good feed that can accomodate even the most timid newcomer's (my mum, for example) palate.
