Ugh. So unfortunate of a place! It is obvious the manager or staffing is not done properly, we were there on a very busy Saturday in the city and they had two waiters that were constantly on the move and servicing the entire place. We had made a reservation and we were waiting and searching for someone to come help us and seat us. In order to order we had to waive down the waiter and we waited more than 30 minutes for four dishes. It seemed like there is one chef preparing all food. In order to pay, you must go to the kiosk and pay, which defeats the purpose of having table service and ordering via the very busy and overworked staff. The food was ok, mediocre and over sauced. Such a disappointment for such a central location! I look forward to trying the restaurant that inevitably takes its place in the future. read more
