Fast service. Cards accepted. Open until 10pm (most pharmacies close at 9pm). You will probably find a place to park nearby (I did). Heading here first next time!

Bought everything I was looking for. They carry orthopedic products (not all pharmacies do). Easy to find (located on the CV-95 road in Los Balcones) and easy to park. Cards accepted. They speak Spanish, English, French, German and Russian (info from their website, didn't check).

I went into the chemist and asked one of the staff, who was wearing a Union Jack on her tunic…read moreindicating that she spoke English, if she could help me. Her reply was, "no I am with someone". I eventually explained to another member of staff that I had a very itchy, flaky scalp, for which I had bought shampoo but now wanted some kind of lotion to put on my scalp in between shampooing. She produced a lotion spray and informed me that I put it on over night and wash it off the next morning. I asked if the instructions were in English, her reply was, "yes". I then took out my money to pay for it and had to ask her twice how much it was. She said, "€41.95". I said,"Are you sure", to which she replied, "it's a very dear lotion". Not having used it before and had no idea of the cost, I paid her. When I got home the instructions on how to use it were not in English so I googled them. To my surprise when the different prices for this item, Blue Cap lotion, 100 mls, appeared, not one was over €25.00. Never again will I be using this chemist. RIP off. I can't take it back as I have opened it and put the nozzle on. Will use the smaller local chemist in further.
