There are times when there are things out of people's control or schedules that are not met. That's true with any company. There are times when things fall through the hole, but that's life. But over all, I've found this location to be as helpful as they can be given their resources and support.

It was organized but felt very cramped and things were outdated in a worn 5-10yo way, not a cool vintage way. I left after a look at a small section that had anything resembling bakeware. Not much for kitchen, and nothing I needed. I always appreciate the mission of a thrift store, but this one felt so fundamentally (unwelcoming) different from ones like Gather or Goodwill where I saw all kinds of people shopping, and I felt very uncomfortable.
