I agree with Flora below -Jack Ball is very rude, uneducated and will do nothing but waste your time-After Jack spent 15 minutes reading 1 page i brought into him he then began to get frustrated and attempted to patronize me and acted very childish just like he did the customer below -when i called him on his mistakes,pointed them out & asked if he had even read the page he was looking at- he got very upset-he knew he was wrong and began to interrupt me-He then said he can interrupt anyone at anytime at his office - At this point i felt like i was arguing with my grandpa & was not wasting another minute.Anyone reading this-You are much better off doing a Google search than listening to this bitter old man's version of a free consultation- read more

Charged over $10,000 in legal costs to two trusts. Did not itemize legal billing, just provided general listings and billing. Caused additional problems with sell of family home delaying deposit of payment and requiring new tax Identification to complete sale. Charged estate for their mistake.

Jack has a strenuous grasp on law and the English language. there are many reasons why he does not have people come to him. First Jack is incapable doing what his job requires. He will overprice any thing he can to make up for his lack of customers. If you do decide to go to him for his free consultation, be prepared for a man that is angry at the world and will fling insults at you for his own stupidity. What many may wonder is why would this man of law act like this? It is very simple but requires a little investigation, he made various accounts on LGBT dating sites for men such as grinder. Soon after a small collective discovered this he was caught messaging young males to meet up. Jack is many things but he is best described as incapable, disgusting, a liar and ignorant of the law. read more

I could not agree more with these other two reviews! Our experience with this ignorant man was such a waste of time! Where do I start....he's unprofessional, inconsiderate, very rude, uneducated, child/like, nasty, moody, mean, Lazy, always interrupts the conversation. He does act like a bitter old man....almost throwing temper tantrums! Does not do his homework, you do it for him and he expects to get paid for it!! Will not return emails or calls......he has this meek mild mannered secretary that is clueless......that I'm sure he makes stand in the corner if she says something he doesn't want to hear.....I urge anyone that is seeking any legal advice, not to call on this old grumpy man!! read more

Heard this guy was an asshole for many years, and reading everyone's reviews here only reinforces this. Employees were also not wearing masks, and even said that "they're not required" when asked. This is VERY ironic knowing about the recent executive Order 2020-32 requiring this. This man and employees don't know a hole in the wall from their own ass, and how they've managed to stay in buisness this long is beyond me, and shows the stupidity of others as well. Do yourself a favor, and stay way from this shit hole, as they don't only want to rob you, but possibly kill you as well by not adhering to the executive order 2020-32. read more

The owners had already had it cleaned from a different carpet cleaner but the stain did not come out so we just threw a rug over the stain. When the leased ended we had to get the carpets cleaned, we contacted Amy's Carpet Care and they were able to get the stain out of the carpet that had been there for over a year! We have used them since for a couple of rentals and for our own house and we have never been disappointed. They are very reliable and the staff is great, very friendly and very efficient in what they do, there has not been a stain yet that they have not been able to get out.
