As a beignet obsessed person, it pains me to say that their bread pudding is the superior dessert. I'm not a HUGE fan of the croissant flaky style of beignet that's become the norm for most places, but that's what they have here. However, if you have dishes labeled with nut free, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, etc. you would think that you could trust the menu. Sadly, you CANNOT trust this establishment to hold true to what's labeled. Vegan? Sorry - the sauce might actually have butter. Vegetarian? Oh sorry, those beans were cooked with ham hock. Nut free? Oopsies, the sauce has nuts. Do better. Accept accountability. And maybe review your menus (online and physical) so that you can be consistent and not be the cause of a medical emergency due to negligence and carelessness.

For dessert, even though I had brought in a cake for the table, our server Maddie, informed me that she will be bringing out a no bake cheesecake. We were dining outside, closest to the patio, and at one point the rain started to pick up.
