She came up with a plan, written out by hand, showing the number of dates in the plan she proposed and we paid for it. Bad weather and Xmas combined to cut short the treatment plan which we mutually agreed to end in February. But when I asked for a refund for the dates I'd missed (due to bad weather and her being away for Xmas) I did not get a reply. Not just no refund, but no reply, no explanation for why there would be no refund, nothing. I wrote a letter to her explaining my reasoning for wanting the refund and there was no reply. This is not the way to build a clientele. You build a clientele and a reputation in the community with open communication. Aside from this I found her treatment to be less than what I'd expected or had from other chiropractors, when she could have done so much more with massage, practicing various exercises by modeling them and working on them together. I needed a coach but she did not act as one. I found her welcoming and congenial at each appointment, easy to talk to and comfortable to be around which is why I give two stars. He looked at my full spine X-rays over the last three years and explained what was happening. He said I was a candidate for the ScolioBrace. The next appointment I had the 3D mapping to get the brace. Three weeks later Dr Pogreban fitted my brace and thoroughly explained everything. Gave me exercises to keep my core strong.
