After officers arrived, the owner wrote down $100 for color, $100 for a blowout, $60 for deep conditioning I never requested, $20 for "split," and $2 for a pin. These charges total $282, not $292. Fees should have been disclosed before services began, and my request to rinse out the color should have been taken seriously. I will be documenting this incident, filing formal complaints with the appropriate licensing and consumer protection agencies, and pursuing legal action.

Today I came in for color touch up roots and to color the grey before the holidays! Lily the owner was in and it was my first time meeting her! I love that she planned for the holiday!!!
