Staff is super warm and friendly. Trainers are knowledgeable…read more My only complaint is CORPORATE. I have tried for almost 2 months to cancel my personal training and it's been IGNORED. To LUKES credit he's been staying on top of it, but district manager has been silent. Would really like to get resolution on this.

After two years of working out here, I've unfortunately decided to cancel my membership. I figured…read moreI'd share my experience in case it's helpful to someone else. Things didn't get off to the best start. The website said the first visit was free, but when I arrived, I was told I didn't qualify because my driver's license was still tied to Los Angeles. I had just moved to Palm Desert and hadn't updated it yet. I let it go because I was planning to sign up anyway. I joined during a promotion and was told my membership would be $23/month with a one-time $1 enrollment fee. I noticed the contract also mentioned $50, so I asked about it. The employee told me it didn't apply to me because I was signing up under the promotion. Two weeks later, I was charged $73. When I asked about it, I was told it was the annual maintenance fee. So there are actually are three different charges: the monthly fee, the annual fee, and the enrollment fee. I wasn't upset about the fee itself - I was disappointed because it hadn't been explained correctly. I continued going mainly to the Palm Desert location for the next two years. The biggest issue is how crowded it gets. Finding parking is almost always difficult, especially in the morning and during the day, and you'll probably end up waiting for several machines. Another downside is that equipment breaks fairly often, and some machines stay out of service for weeks or even months before they're repaired. That said, I do want to give credit where it's due. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming, and they've recently added new equipment, which is nice to see. More recently, my membership went from $23 to $25 per month. It's not not a huge increase, but it was disappointing because I was originally told my promotional rate would stay the same. In the end, the biggest reason I'm leaving is simply that it's become too crowded for me to get a good workout during the hours I can go. One more thing to be aware of: when you cancel, you'll still be charged for one more month because they require 30 days' notice. I wish that had been made clearer from the beginning. I'm grateful to the staff and appreciate the past two years, but it's time for me to find a gym that better fits my schedule and needs.

It turned out that I needed surgery to correct the pain I'd been feeling in my knee, but I enjoyed my instruction that I continued right up to the procedure. I truly believe my recovery was enhanced by my sessions with Laura. Three years later, I still love my Pilates instruction at Infinity and would recommend it to anyone who asked.

My back was so bad, I had to give up tennis, golf, and could hardly get into and out of bed. I was since diagnosed with moderate Ehlers Danlos syndrome. Once I started working out with Lisa, I saw a noticeable improvement immediately. Her style of training combines education of the spine and many tiny muscles that need to be activated. She ensures proper form while offering detailed explanations and analogies. Additionally, she is always providing support and understanding in what you are enduring. She is passionate in what she does, and seeing results in her clients. I resumed golf, tennis , and hopping in and out of bed. I learned so much through my workouts to build and maintain my strength.

I had been mulling over Weight Watchers (again), researching "best diets", etc when I had a chance meeting with a Thrive member. Best of all, I love knowing I am modeling the healthy behaviors I only talked about "before". My daughter was was my reason why I joined and along the way I've figured out I'm worth it.

I knew I could not change my health without someone else making some of the health decisions for me. Through the recommendation of a friend, I now take the morning classes with Marissa 3 to 5 times a week. She keeps a variety of ever changing exercise exercises that keep me from being bored or having to make decisions. She tells us what to do, and we do it. And I'm seeing results. When life is too hectic and I can't get in, I notice that my body really misses it. It's 30 minutes long so super fast and easy. She is uplifting and inspiring. Thrive also sell supplements and protein powder and I appreciate again not having to make additional decisions so I get them there. I'm grateful to support this place and share in how it is helping me feel like me again. And I appreciate how Marissa checks in with us if we've missed a class. She wants us to be successful in our health.

One of my daughters wasn't sure it was for her at first, but she's since built noticeably better hand-eye coordination and upper body strength. The studio is warm and welcoming, and the music playing while the girls learn on the hammocks makes every class fun. It's something they truly look forward to each week. This summer, my girls also took the business course with Rubi, and it was a highlight. They started journaling, learned creative ways to think like entrepreneurs and earn income, and began talking about building their financial future. We're now planning to join a local vendor event as a result! We absolutely love Rubi and Yolanda, and everyone we've met at the studio has been kind and encouraging. If you're looking for a place where your kids can build confidence, pick up new skills, and have fun doing it, I highly recommend Art Flying Aerial.

The owners are very helpful and accommodating. We visited and got the schedule and our girl came back to the next scheduled class for children between 7-12 years of age. We got to register on site for the class with the owner, Manuel. Parents are able to observe the instruction in a great room with fabrics and silks and mirrors for the class. The very enthusiastic instructor was so warm and encouraging to the children. An hour of instruction with fun music brought the students to a level that they could demonstrate new skills of grasping the fabric, anchoring themselves into basic and then more intermediate positions, all the while getting individual redirection and praise from the instructor. They performed their new abilities and received applause from the gallery. Ruby, one of the family and an instructor, explained that there are adult clients who visit to have restorative stretching and exercise to soothe them after injuries. The attached photos indicate their services. They have a second branch in Palm Springs on Lawrence Crossley, south of the airport and Ramon Road. The prices seem reasonable. We will take our granddaughter again this week. $35. for an hour's instruction. I was so happy to be able to provide her with a birthday gift in an entirely new activity, and she was enthusiastic from the get-go. If you know about the benefits of stretching and restorative range of motion, you will find a new center for supportive instruction. https://artflyingaerial.com/
