This group is the best! They will go above and beyond what any other agency would do to make sure the you are happy and taken care of. They are always open to answer any question or help with any issue that may happen. I am so thankful that I had to chance to work with this group and I would recommend Balance to anyone that is looking for a job. If you qualify for a position that are quick to get you in to the position. read more

Cue the crickets. Sent them resumes, left them messages. Never heard a word from them in spite of their posting jobs on various websites. Go somewhere else. This place is a complete waste of time. read more

They post literally dozens of jobs allegedly available on various websites. You send them a resume....nothing. Follow up with a phone call....nothing. The companies looking for employees should be alerted that, if these job postings are real, Balance Staffing is doing nothing to fill the positions. These people need to be run out of business. read more
