In an area that is rapidly becoming more and more popular there has not really been that many options for a good cup of coffee. AB cafe have coffee from localish roaster Drop Coffee and also serve great pastries, sandwiches and salads. That coupled with nice friendly service, pretty nice 60s style furniture and free wifi makes for a great cafe. I particularly like the breakfast menus and often go for the large breakfast where one can select any three breakfast items (a variety of different sandwiches, yogurt, smoothies, baked egg etc) as well as any coffee or tea and a croissant. It is usually almost enough to feed two people so really great option. They also have a weekly dish, as well as salads, grilled sandwiches and some of the best baked cinnamon buns in town. It is well worth a trip to the suburbs so do visit!

The coffee that came with the meal was very impressive. It was fresh and rich in flavor, and was accompanied with fresh milk and 2 different types of bread. The sandwich was very good but felt a bit light on the ham portion (2 slices of thinly sliced ham if i remember correctly). The bread was very fresh and complimented the meal perfectly. Now the croissant with blueberry jam was one of the best things i have had in my life. Light, buttery, flaky goodness with a beautifully sweet blueberry jam was just perfect for ending the meal. I will am looking forward to many more calm Sunday afternoons within (or outside, weather depending) its comfortable walls. They held markets every season, so it worth drop by here in October for some apple market, in December for Christmas market and around April for some Easter treats. The bar is small, unassuming and finds itself on a street filled with conspicuous, Italian restaurants hosting happy hours for corporate Swedes. The bar is a standout for the drinks, the trademark Swedish charisma and genuine warmth. As a side, shout out to Sweden for having the nicest, most welcoming people in the world. We were given a standing table when we got in, but quickly moved to a couple of seats by the bar. We were one of 8 couples at the bar, so yes, very date night vibes. For our first round of drinks, we got the Easy Martini and Let them Eat Cake. The latter was too sweet for our liking but the Easy Martini had the perfect amount of sweet and tart. Our second round was the winner with the Girl Dinner and their Old Fashioned. The Girl dinner was crafted to perfection and possibly the best version of a martini we've ever had. The old fashioned too, made with WhistlePig 10 years was fantastic. The service cannot be faulted, we profusely thanked the lovely bartender, vowing to crow about it to whoever cares to listen and to be back when we are in Stockholm next.
