Of all the places in Italy I went this tiny little shop was one of my favorites! Is it the best-…read moreprobably not, is the fanciest- definitely not, is it super trendy- nope, so why is it one of my favorite places I ate? Let me tell you...
It was not a tourist oriented place so the employee and food was authentic! It was in a tourist destination town but on the outside and down a side street. When I found it I was hungry, I was really hot, and I love bake shops. I was supposed to goto dinner a little later but I needed a snack and these cute little cannoli's sat in the window.... I had to try one. I chose the smallest one for one euro. It was so delicious! It was nice and cool on a hot day. The ingredients didn't taste fake and the texture was perfect.
After I finished it I explored around some more, then I stopped back in and bought one more for the walk back! I was only able to go back one more time on my trip but as I write this I am fondly remembering that town, this shop, and that cool delicious cannoli!!!
