It was his own recipe and he was so proud of it. Rightly so. The mayo on the BLT was a good and garlicky. The grilled cheese panini was good as well. Better for beer than food…read more The beer selection here is large, local, and high quality. Many great beers, worth a stop for that. Really top notch beer place. The food...it's ok. They used to have a larger menu but when we went it was rather small. Mostly burgers and pizza, they do have gluten free burger buns. They had a few good looking dishes that were not pizza or burgers that were on the printed menu but just weren't available for some reason. And the ordering was weird, you order everything on your phone. The biggest problem we had was that they gave us a beer that they said was gluten free but was not. Fortunately we caught it, and they made it right, but that's something a restaurant just cannot do. I'd go back for a beer, but for a meal I'll go elsewhere.

For my entree I ordered the chicken pasta which was very delicious and filling. We toasted the night with mojitos. The service was excellent! A co-worker brought me here and I was impressed with both the food and service. The owner shared with us how he made it to Norway from Vietnam. Nice guy that loves his food and knows how to build a good menu. They've perfected a number of great dishes from Vietnam and other nearby countries. Normally I am not a big fan of "pan-Asian" restaurants (it is usually better to focus on one style vs. trying to be a "jack of all trades"), but I'll make an exception in this case given the location and relative lack of such restaurants in the Norway. The food isn't cheap, especially when compared to what I'm used to paying in California... but Norway is the land of $17 bottles of beer and $75 local taxi rides.
