When asked what the deal was, simply told the doctor was running behind. Ended up canceling the apt due to other child having an apt elsewhere, was not asked if i wanted to reschedule or anything. On the other hand the office staff needs some training in both productivity and customer service. They are a little slow, rarely smile or look you in the face. They tend to talk at you not to you. Also lacking in basic empathy or manners. They will ignore you till they are good and ready to give you some direction and unlike a well trained person who, even when busy will give you a nod or say something like "wait a minute and I'll be right with you". They don't do that. They just ignore you like your not there. This is a easy stuff to correct. Clearly the team is split and not managed the same way. The medical team, doctors, nurses and medical assistants are all very friendly, polite and engaged.

They have recently taken on the ear, nose and throat services from a local hospital and that has caused them to expand and add staff. Easy parking and easy to get into. Modern office and easy to find your way around. I feel the NP I work with cares about me personally and not just as a customer or account. She takes the time to see how I'm doing and engage on a personal level. At one point when I raised an issue that was not here area of expertise she did't just blow me off, she went and found another doctor and saw things through to ensure I was getting the support I needed.
