The window would not roll down and you could hear wind coming from the door when driving over 15 MPH. Our insurance company, USAA, provided us with three recommended body shops in Butte with one being Yates Body Shop. We took the car there for an estimate which was done very quickly and professionally. We decided to go with Yates and they worked with USAA and all we had to do was pay the deductible. Yates called us a couple of times while the car was being repaired to let us know the status of the repair which was greatly appreciated! When we went to pick up the car after the repairs were complete we couldn't believe how nice it looked. After driving it for a week or so without any issues we couldn't be happier that we selected Yates for our repair! They did an extremely good job for us and should we need auto body work in the future they will be our first choice!
