Baja Air installed our brand new air conditioner while a subcontractor with our general contractor. After they initially installed it, the city inspector found several problems with installation. They came out again, and there was still a problem. It took 2 times for them to be "up to code" on a brand new air conditioner. This was in the summer. Then, winter arrives, and the heat does not work. Baja Air would not answer their phones or return my calls. To this day they have not returned my call. I finally called a trustworthy company, who came and fixed the heat - Baja Air never installed the heating wires to the thermostat. I've gotten nowhere with the general contractor to refunded for the cost to fix the heat. And I can't even get a hold of Baja Air. Horrible. . . read more
