Another problem area can be the display baskets at the entrance, but provded you watch out you'll avoid bumping into them. For more space and more choice, the one outside the centre is ideal, but the one insideis good if you are in a hurry and justwant to pop in for something quickly. Watch out at Christmas time for gift sets and gift items which are often good value.

Remember to sign up for their advantage card and pop your card in the machine when you visit as there are often extra savings or points to be had. I especially like the sensible queing system for the tills which means you don't find yourself in the queue that never seems to move whilst folk queing at other tills are served quickly. No, at Boots they have a snake system whereby you queue at a barrier and only move to a till as it becomes free. Remeber it has a Pharmacy too, handy for collecting prescriptions or popping in for a chat and some advice from the pharmacist for minor health issues.

Not restocked as often as they could be but still have a reasonable selection. On Saturdays especially it is hard to find a member of staff to answer queries without having to queue forever (sometimes I just give up and go elsewhere when I can't find something). I prefer to shop online because makeup, etc isn't sealed with sticky tape which leaves a residue or you can't get off. Their points machines often don't work and I hate the way that they are positioned so that everyone in the store can read your name and details as you use them.

Offer various spectacles and contact lense packages. Not as cheap as McQuitty and Davies or Specsavers any more but you do get Boots points on any of your purchases and staff are friendly and efficient.
