The store opened in August 2025 replacing the Old Town Pottery store in the same location. And describing the store, I would say it's on par with the Costco business center on OBT only without the food. The footprint of the store is massive. We interacted with three associates during our visit and each was nice and outgoing offering assistance. Stan F. assisted us at checkout and was really pleasant and professional. We purchased a rostiserrie for $2,950 that we were never able to use. He came an udaptes a transformer outside of the equipment itself, a hazard, to say the least. The machine still doesn't work and he still refuses to accept is back. It's a shame, because we've done business with them many times before.

When I went there the manager said she didn't know anything about it and couldn't find my name in the system so I paid for the saem items a second time and she told me she will speak to someone who she thinks knows about the mix up and agreed to refund me when she gets the info she needs and then said she put my information into the system a second time and would get back to me. I waited well over a month and she never contacted me so I went back into the store to ask what happened she then pretended she didn't know what i was talking about then went to she heard about it then a moment later she gave me every single detail about the conversation. I guess playing dumb didn't work for her especially when it got to the point that her lies got out of control. She then looked for my information again and then said that unless I own a restaurant none of my sales or information is stored at that point I asked her well if that is the case why pretend to add my information on 2 different occasions and then at that point she became angry with me and I said I am trying to treat you like a lady but you just want to sit here and lie to me I guess you are just someone who lies a whole lot and called her a lier.
