I was really impressed by that. Very upfront. Install day was smooth. Lucas showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He was patient with our barking dogs as well and let them sniff him. He installed blinds on 4 windows fairly quickly. You can tell he knows what he's doing. He noticed there was an issue with one of the rods on one of the blinds and said he already ordered the replacement and will install it as soon as it's in. Unfortunately, because the shade was 10 yrs. old, they could not repair, so they contacted the manufacturer (Hunter Douglas).
