We have sent messages to BETH who is always in meetings and never responds to text or calls. Every single employee we have spoke to lies and blames someone else. Allison is the original person who did not process the headstone order in a timely manner. Then the order was submitted incorrectly. I do not want some generic response from corporate we want this resolved. This has caused our family extreme stress and hardship. Please be aware of this business they do not care.
