I do not recommend this company at all. My husband contacted them regarding his bail, and instead of providing timely assistance, he was told they would go to the courthouse "whenever," even after explaining that he had a book and release to complete and that it was his last day to do so. This was an urgent situation, and their lack of urgency was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the interaction was very unprofessional. Instead of offering helpful service, the woman he spoke with began lecturing him, which was both inappropriate and frustrating. When you reach out to a business for help, especially in a time-sensitive situation, you expect professionalism, respect, and prompt service--not to be spoken to in a condescending manner. It felt like because they weren't going to make much money off the situation, they chose to handle it on their own time rather than prioritizing a client in need. That kind of attitude is unacceptable in this line of work. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I recommend ALADDIN BAIL BONDS :) read more

Jose helped me during a very difficult time. I really appreciate how fast the whole process took.

Never again will I come here , horrible to communicate. I try bailing my brother out and it took them more then 7 hours and they took my payment right away and never posted bail for him till the next day. they just care about the money. I tried getting a refund and cancel the process but they just kept saying he will be out in few hours and it's already posted when the whole time it wasn't ( had to find out from another bail bond ) read more

This is the worst Bail Company to use the have took my deposit and still my Friend is locked up people in the office don't know how to do their job. Tobie has been the only one that able to do anything.I recommend tobie go to a different company and quit helping these fraudulent ppl. Bail Hotline is no good would never use them again and recommend no one to use them. I would go to other bail companies before going here. I would sit in jail with my money before goin to this bail Company. I have to take legal action now because they have over 5000.00 of my money and that's is a felony in the state of California. I completed all my stuff and they didn't come through on their part. read more

Do not use this bail company. They do not make any attempt at communicating with you. My husband going to lose his job because staff failed to inform me about needing additional documents. Overnight and morning staff very rude. They hung up on me after trying to blame me for their incompetence. Do not expect to be updated or informed about anything. read more

Thank you to mike yepez for the wonderful service. Super helpful and nice!

Great service! Went to help get my cousin bailed out and was helped by a woman named Destiney. She was very straight up with us and did not sugar coat the process and helped us every step of the way. She even went to the first court hearing with my cousin (it was his first time being in trouble with the law and was nervous and didn't know where to report) and continued to check in with us until the case was settled. Really made my family feel like we were in great hands and helped eased the stress that was put on us. Thank you Destiney! read more

This guy went way above and beyond trying to help me and get information for me and in the end, my person got cited out...no bail needed. I dont know what this man is paid, but it is not enough. I will never call another bail bonds again. From start to finish first class service and helpful...put my mind at ease. Johnny M. Is a magician. Goes to bat for his clients and makes things happen. Goes out of his way even if he's not at work. Always stuck by his word, never let us down and has went above and beyond for the people my wife and I have posted for and eventually our own bonds as well. All around good man and even better one to have in your corner if you need to post bail. Haven't had nor will we have anyone better. If you are unfortunate enough to need a bailbonds then look no further... doesn't matter if your in Fresno or southern Cali. He's the Numero 1. read more

The last thing that anyone wants to do is have to bail out someone they love. This past month has been one of the most stressful points in my life, but I'm so thankful for the help that I received. Destiny was so helpful and patient and really helped me throughout this whole ordeal. And I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg thank you!! She even continued to follow up with the case as well. Hopefully I don't have to bail out my Dad anytime soon again but if worse comes to worse I know where to go. Thanks again! read more

Nick Prodan is the best you can get.............

If anyone needs any kind of bail I will always recommend John. I went to a lot of the bail companies. All of them quoted me $2000 plus. When we were walking towards the bail company all of a sudden the manager John came out of his office and stopped us. And he explained everything what should be our steps on the road within 2 minuets. And gave us a quote for only $1000 out the door. I didn't even have to do anything. He made all the paperwork. His teammate Angelica submitted the paperwork. The only thing we had to do is to wait for the guy to get the bail. Very nice teamwork in between the employees. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. All of the employees have an answer for anything and every question. And everyone especially John and Angelica made us feel like family. It felt like they were angels from the heavens to help us. Thank you very much John and Angelica . And thank you very much for making it possible and so reasonable for me. read more
