I have been here just the once, and was well-treated by Sarah - other friends have commented favourably on two other ladies working here, Nicky and Amy. My recollection is that Sarah used mainly stroking and body weight type techniques with a few yoga massage stretches. As well as having massage technique which is well above average, Sarah is curvy, good-looking and laughs a lot - she's the complete package! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return. I find it quite heartening to see characterful independent businesses such as this opening so close to Liverpool Central Rail station and thus part of the upbeat retail and food scene centered around Bold Street.

Told cash only - so had to go get that - thought card would be used during covid to avoid all the dirty notes etc. So back with money and agreed on deep tissue massage - paid the £40 for 1 hour as was asked by the girl. Signed in with my name and contact details. NOONE was wearing masks or PPE... I had my own though. Next was told about shower and so I asked about having one before hand as was kinda sweaty and would of been nice be refreshed before being worked on. Told - better to have after... so, ok agreed to this. Now to point out the appointment was 12 midday and this was before I was sent to bank to get cash. I am now finally stripped down and laying on table waiting for masseuse wearing my watch which showed 12:20... and still not been started on. Lady comes in and immediately starts to quiz me about how much money I have paid and that £40 is wrong for deep tissue. I am now practically naked laid out on table face down. Im thinking is she really about to kick off and send me back out for a fiver... I tell her that I agreed price with lady at desk and went to bank and came back with money she asked for and paid her the £40... If its £45 then I simply dont have the £5 on me without taking card or getting chanced to go back in to town to get a fiver. She sighs and leaves... then I hear big argument in Thai in reception, obviously about the money. Then she comes back in and says "no enough.. me not do.. bye" and leaves.... Im thinking WTF - could do without all this drama and although this may be normal in Thailand for tourists trying to get deals - this is not acceptable in UK especially when I paid what I was asked for. So now, a different girl comes in - begins to tell me her life story and that she is new etc. etc. then what I really dont want to hear is - im tired... i have no energy... *giggles and strokes me without any effort. Sure she does some positions of stretching etc. but, you can tell she is weak, tired, cant be bothered. Then before I know it she is back and too checking time... i tell her its not even 1pm and it not start till 1220 and meant be 1 hour... She leaves to go check and argues with the lady on desk. At this point I am only half done at best and not even turned over yet for front. She comes in and tells me can carry on till 1215. Ok seems fair but, then turns me over and gives a very quick half assed rub on my top half not doing my legs or stomach whatsoever. Then, sat up - all finished and told to change. All busy busy and rushed out - no shower offered and upon asking told not possible now. I am bundled on to the couch in reception where they dont even offer me a tea etc. This I know about as other customers were offered. Im still trying to put my swearer on whilst she stands waiting to rush me out and say goodbye. The reception woman just looks at me pissed off like I scammed her. When it was her that told me £40 which I paid and then after they tried get more money and had their own argument - again not good to hear and meant be relaxing - can do without that kind of crap going on. I had gone there to relax and get some work done on what is seeming to become a frozen shoulder. I was left feeling uncomfortable with the arguing, not looked after as no shower given and unwelcome with no refreshments. However, more importantly I did not get a good massage as had the exhausted self admitting girl who was tired with no energy. They need someone native to deal with things I had high hopes from some reviews but, honestly just feel let down and out of pocket of £40
