I had known of Ashley Snifeld through a mutual friend, and they suggested that I contact her and see what she could do to help. I just happen to run into her outside of the dealership and told her my situation and she said she would contact me that Monday. She did, and I explained my situation further and how important that it was to me to get into another vehicle. All I had to do was give her my budget and my preference in vehicles and she did ALL of the work for me! She got in touch with me a few days later to tell me what she had as available options. Turns out this girl knows her clients better than her clients know themselves! She got me into a new 2018 truck which I absolutely love!! I had a truck before my Traverse and always wanted another one but didn't think it was possible, this info I hadn't even mentioned to Ashley. She goes above and beyond to make car buying so amazing for her clients! It was the most stress free experience for me...even when there was a little worry she was literally right there explaining any concerns or questions I had and put me at ease immediately! OMG! This was the best oil change ever! No appointment and even though i have to wait in line for…read morean hour, i was constantly updated on the timing! The techs were very courteous and efficient. The place is clean and neat with all the actual work taking place on a whole floor below with ongoing communication between the parties. There were cross checks and double checks on everything. It was beyond full service! I wish these were in the US as that's where we live. The price was equivalent to what i would pay in the US. We have a motorhome and size wasn't an issue because there isn't a hoist. It's a complete service with all fluids topped off and wiper blades changed! The employees also looked and sounded happy!
