After 15 minutes I inquired again and I was told she just went into a room (Patient). Which is it? just finishing up or just starting? I left afer 35 minutes. No receptionist present. the office clerk, who claimed she was the managing partner of the business ( not of her office) left me an offensive and incorrect message about missing several appointments. WHAT? Brittany seemed like a respectful and kind person. The treament I wecieved was new to me. She recommended I return in 2 weeks to evaluate the treatment. Brittany I hope you find a new place to practice. The people you work with are not nearly the professional that you are.

Talking in the waiting room, there were two other patients who were waiting on their new Doctor's appointment and all said she is no good. They moved on and so did we. One review indicated Dr Baens couldn't find an object in her toddler's ear. Really? Does she need glasses? The mother complained and discharged them from practice. Why? I have been quite diligent with my check ups and saw specialists when I felt it needed. Some 6 years ago went to a Heart Soecialist and they did an echo and and and with once completed was given an AOK. About 5 weeks later during my regular (about every 60:days) Dr. Boggs visit he went through his routines and sorta went over and over over listening to my heart. He said he wanted me to get a specialist to exam me, I told him I had that done just a month before, he again listened listened listened and quite nicely, but insistent said...."Ok Ok but please make an appointment and get rechecked" this time more insistent. I did adhere to his suggestion and after a very in depth exam it was found I needed an aorta replaced, had 3 90% blockages, and 2 80% blockages and right there and then (this was on a Friday) they suggested I go under the knife Monday. And yes yes they had some reason this was not caught a6 weeks before. To be very candid I lost confidence with (was the same joker/doctor who had his team do the tests a month before) My son then loaded me in a car, did research and found a specialist at MUSC who saw the test results and that next week under went a 10 1/2 hour operation in which a experimental (at the time...it was that or a pigs) 3300TFX Heart Valve put in....WHY WHY WHY because this Dr. Boggs went AGAINST THE NORM why why BECAUSE THIS DR. TOOK EXTRA TIME....So I say thank goodness he takes more time when needed, thank goodness he is through, thank goodness he does research via his computer and his common sense mixed in...as an aside I find his team 100% excellent from Karen, Amy, and and including Ms. blood Letting, a lady that you are finished with your bloood test before you knew it happened....yes yes this is long but it's also important
