Great product. Most "gutter guards" or whatever you want to call them, from the sponges/pipe…read morecleaners, to all the different grates and traps, are really a waste of time and money. They are never truly maintenance free, and it seems most of them end up collecting just as much debris as the open gutter, and then they act like a lid spilling water and soil over the side of the gutter. This product works like its supposed to, shedding the leaves and needles etc, while letting the water into the gutter. I go up on the roof probably once a year to blow leaves off the roof and theres never usually much on the leaf solution. Whatever is there I'll blow off and they're ready for another year! I think it's the only real gutter guard that does its job, and if I didn't have leaf solution I'd just prefer to have an open gutter. Hope this helps someone else, I've had a great experience with the product, and would recommend it to anyone considering using it.

I live in California and own a home in Vancouver, BC. I had Leaf Solution installed in the…read moreVancouver home last year. It seems to work as stated. I was told it would take two men two full days (32 man/hours) to install. Based on the hours/labor needed, the price seemed fair enough. However, the dealer and his teenage son did the complete installation in only about six hours (12 man/boy hours). I felt very mislead and quite overcharged. In addition, I soon discovered that the fasteners used to attach the Leaf Solution to the gutters had already begun to rust. This rust will spread further and the Leaf Solution will eventually detach from the gutters. I wrote to the dealer/installer, Blair Campbell, to complain and request a solution. Of course I got no response. Leaf Solution--what a waste of money! In addition, the only other Yelp review of Leaf Solution submitted so far was by a Blair C. from Aldergrove, Langley, BC. The dealer that sold and installed by Leaf Solution was Blair Campbell from Langley, BC. Did the dealer submit the above review himself? Needless to say, I am highly suspicious of the above five star review.
