Badders is very good at getting you the medical care that you usually need after an accident. Unfortunately, they don't help much with getting the property damage resolved. If the insurance company's client doesn't deny fault, this part might be easily taken care of in most cases. Just be aware that this is something to discuss before signing on read more

Used this lawyer once. When we met with my opposer and their lawyer, my lawyer was more interested in making friends with the opposing side. Going as far as to pull out pictures of his kids (in a photo album) and proceed to show them all the pics. While I just set there. I felt like he was more interested in them , than in me (a paying client). This office is now on Bynum. Still would not use them. read more

History

Established in 1964.

Bill Badders graduated from law school at St. Mary's in San Antonio, Texas in 1950. Mr. Badders moved to Nacogdoches as an adjuster for an insurance company and married Jeanelle Linthicom in 1956. After working for another law firm in town, Bill opened his own firm in 1964.

Meet the Business Owner: Jeff B.

Jeff B. Badders grew up in Nacogdoches, TX and graduated from Nacogdoches High School in 1974. He then earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1978. Jeff attended Baylor University Law School where he graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) Degree in 1981. After graduating from law school, Jeff returned to Nacogdoches and joined his father's Personal Injury Law practice in 1981. Since that time, Jeff and his team have helped thousands of injured people in and around East Texas. In 2016, Jeff's oldest son, Heath, and Heath's wife, Mari, joined the firm. We are now a third generation family of attorneys fighting for the injured people of East Texas. Jeff is a member of the State Bar of Texas, East Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.

When I was injured last year in a car crash, I wasn't sure what to do, or if I even needed an attorney. The team at Badders explained the process and what to expect. They helped me make sure I received the right medical treatment and were always responsive to my many, many questions. The insurance company didn't want to help me, but the folks at Badders knew exactly what needed to be done and got me a settlement that I felt was fair. I never could have done this without them! I would recommend them 100%. read more
