My friend and I (two women) visited the Columbia store on Garner's Ferry Rd recently and we were…read moreshocked by how rude the employees (all men) were. There wasn't a "hello" or "Can I help you? We looked around and when we asked a question we got a rude answer so we walked out. We're both starting major remodeling projects and could've made large purchases if someone had been even a little interested or friendly. If Home Outlet doesn't want our business, someone else will. I will never shop here again. The place felt very hostile to women. Wow.

We are building our new house, and I was looking for options for my cabinets. By the time I left, I…read morehad picked out my new cabinets, countertops, the tile for the shower, tile for the dog wash station, my kitchen sink, and other items. I am so happy that I took the time to come over here and look. Their prices were so much better than the other stores. Whatever was not in stock they were able to order and have in less than a week. Ted Mallon the store manager was so easy to work with. The other employees were great, answering any questions I had and loading all of the materials that I bought. I will come here first for any building project from now on.

They have…read morean excellent selection of quality racquets and the largest selection of tennis (meant for a tennis court) shoes in Cola! In addition to this, they have grip, shock absorbers, and some sweet clothing. They are also the only people in Cola that I trust to string my racquet properly with quality string! They have never let me down! They have other equipment for other sports, but I'm a tennis player so that is all I'm looking for when I visit. They are locally owned and operated, so pricing is a little on the high end, but you get what you pay for. Finally, service is impeccable. Also due to being locally owned. They don't mind having actual conversations with you and they make sure you find exactly what you need. Especially the shoe dept. Got me feeling like Cinderella being reunited with her glass slipper up in here!
