London - so much history, contemporary architecture, historical monuments, home to six months of clouds, the Formula 1 corporate office, Harrods, Buckingham Palace, the best fish fry at a secret Cypriot shop and this awesome coffee and burrito truck.
I love the catchy name which is an irony in this land of prim and proper etiquette.
Bad Manners serves up just the opposite with great and fresh coffee- strong by the way - and an awesome array of creative burritos. I loved my tofu burrito in this beautiful gravy and onions.
I walked the 3.6 miles from the Formula 1 corporate office in St James Market to Shoreditch enjoying the sights and was instantly drawn to this coffee truck by the energy and smiles of the two gents manning the window; loved their attitude, warmth and fun loving way as they suggested the tofu burrito which was a mega hit.
The menu is small but just right. They are open from 9 to 3 Wed to Sun. They had a coffee special of a Euro for a cup and a daily one for 30 percent off everything. The neatest tube station is 3 minutes away and on the East London line. ( this is Zone 1 and the lowest fare). Ample seating up front where I made friends.
This was a fresh, open air and 5 star welcome change from the restaurants and hotels. read more
