So I have a lot to say about this hotel. One of my friends worked there, when she started working…read morethere she often was in conflict with her boss. Her German wasn't good then and her boss often used aggressive and inappropriate language. Another woman who didn't do their duty or often were sick received a lot of appreciation from the boss as for my friend who was always there and did her job faultlessly didn't receive anything. She often needed to do her coworkers job because they didn't accomplish it. One time she was paid half of her salary! And she was yelled at because she spoke her language. She came home shaking and couldn't calm down. She started to have health issues from using all sorts of "cleaning equipment ". Which her boss suggested that they clean with it. I should have used the spa, because I hear it is nice, but alas I did to realize it until I had to leave the hotel the next morning. Nice work if you can get it, but there are far better places in Stuttgart that are more responsive. The needs of the customers are of little if any concern to the staff which is more preoccupied with its rather "Melrose Place" lifestyle. While this lack is f professionalism is clearly entertaining, it is no fun if you want them to do something for you. Instead the hotel staff focuses on pointless procedures vice choosing to make a difference in the stay of their guests. When I final was admitted to my room, the stained curtains (see picture) was an unexpected feature. Please tell me this is not blood.
