Their focaccia bread is baked there and it is FANTASTIC. I would come back here just for the focaccia. Their coffee is also delicious, I got an authentic Turkish coffee and enjoyed it throughly. We also got an iced caramel latte that was great! It was also very cozy inside with plenty of seating, they played low volume Arabian jazz as well which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this place!

I loved the large windows where you can glance up and watch the world go by. The latte art was intricate, so kudos to the staff for mastering this skill. I had no trouble finding an outlet. The bathrooms were clean. Business started to pick up later in the morning and I didn't want to hog a table, so I took a stroll around the tree-lined brick front shops downtown. All-in-all, a really cool experience and definitely worth repeating.

Will def stop back by, this place has a bunch of different options for seating like high top tables. Couches, chairs. Outside seating. Music is soft and allows you to have a nice quiet conversation. Bathroom conveniently close and bc it's in a hotel, although the kitchen and staff close the sitting area is still open past that. They did have a rowdy company party happening that overtook the outside seating with little to no intervention from the staff which was a little annoying/disruptive but otherwise a great experience.

It was the both rich and creamy, perfectly balanced AND the espresso was amazing!! On top of that, Amara helped me out and she was amazing! So kind, attentive, and welcoming. Her warmth made the whole experience even better. Between the incredible latte and the excellent service, I'll need this year round! My experience with Zander Bean was just cozy and perfect!

No greetings or anything which I'm ok with. Ordered 4 drinks, all with less ice and what we received was... look at the pics. It literally took 20 mins, no exaggeration. I've come here occasionally for the last 5 years and this has to be their worst employee. I asked about the amount of drinks and he just said that I ordered less ice. Told him I've always ordered drinks here with less ice and never resulted in this. He gave a non-response, in fact he barely responded, it was incoherent. Additionally the top cover of all the drinks were way off (check pics). If you see the first drink come out this way... ADJUST THE MACHINE BEFORE DOING THE REST! He said it should be sealed fine and he wasn't sure what the issue was. I gently shook the drink to mix up the contents like I always do with all drinks from all places, and it leaked out and got on my hands. He didn't offer to redo the tops or anything. He didn't apologize, he didn't try to make it right, NOTHING. Was so frustrated I decided to leave. Gave 3 stars instead of less because this place was fine previous times I came. However it's been steadily getting worse and worse.

We love specialty coffee. Not sugar drinks. Kona Reserve has really good coffee…read more They even sell 8oz bags of fresh roast in the store front. They sell for just around $30 a bag. The bag I bought was roasted within the week and it was very good coffee. They offer a variety of roasts in store and boast pour over. I prefer a pour over or chemex. When I requested one however the barista indicated they would prefer to offer me their brewed coffee instead. I asked how long ago it was brewed. They said an hour (ew). Also I had requested the dark roast and the brew was medium roast. I know better than to trouble an employee who does not want to work ha! So I took the brew. It was ok but not what In wanted. I hope Kona Reserve reads this and understands: while you have an adorable store and good coffee, if a coffee lover comes in and requests your hand prepared coffee when that is what you offer, consider giving it to them. You are a craft coffee culture. Otherwise it is a huge disappointment. Plenty of parking out front in the mall. Easy access on the highway right next to the gas station. Lots of tables for socializing. Even two tables tucked away for a more private experience.
