Second, I dont speak the very best German and they speak heavy dialectic in this part of the country.
Third, Ive lived in the area of this place for 3 years, this is my second time here, in one year.
My experience, I walk in and POLITELY ASK, for a pastry, in German, and also , one large cappuccino . In Bavarian dialectic she says, large or small , i say large, PLEASE...she turns her back and gives the infamous GERMAN COLD SHOULDER, Im so VERY used too. Now I could go on for days about this interaction Germans have with me and every other "non German" but again, I'd be talking for days, months, years even.

Then I notice right behind me, a couple in traditional Bavarian garb....OH ..............SHE IS SO NICE AND HAPPY TO SPEAK WITH THEM. PEOPLE.........PREJUDICE, ITS NOT JUST A WORD IN GERMANY, ITS A REALITY! This is just my experience. Just one persons own experience.
