Gave them a picture of the outside of the build to make it easy to spot. They were very courteous and accommodating. The flowers were not exactly the same as on the website but that was to be expected and is noted on the site based on season and supply but the arrangement still looked good and I was happy with it but more importantly my lady was happy with them and very surprised. I also provided a tip of 17% on the purchase as I thought this might guarantee good service, it did not. When my wife got her flowers she sent me a photo thanking me. I immediately noticed the flowers were a simple vase and not the premium selection I ordered. I then drove to the flower shop to get this corrected. At the shop I was insulted by the staff. When I explained what had happened, the staff member told me I should not have ordered online as the shop has to pay for that service and that's what went wrong. The owner then came out and said she had made a mistake, and that they could correct if I could come back in two hours. I returned in two hours picked up the corrected premium order. I also left $100.00 to cover any cost for the first flowers that I did not return. I have supported Mildred's florist for years buying flowers and gifts on numerous occasions. I also, directed anyone who asked me if I would recommend a florist. I always recommended Mildred's. What I never mentioned was that Valentine's Day 2023 the same thing happened, I had ordered premium vase and when I picked up the flowers the order was not correct, and I waited for the shop to add flowers. I would tell anyone that if you order premium, and pay the extra money, if you are not paying attention they won't send premium. I don't know Mildred's heart, but they run a very poor business. I will never use Mildred's again and will specifically recommend that others not use their service. They caused extreme stress for me, and I thought I "was" a good customer, but they did not value my loyalty. I think this is very sad!

I explained that I wanted something beautiful, eye-catching, and uplifting--an all-white arrangement that felt angelic and represented happy memories. I gave them my budget and a few preferences, and then completely trusted them to use their creativity and the freshest flowers they had available. From my very first conversation, the service was exceptional. The woman I spoke with was warm, genuinely caring, and so easy to work with. I even called back later with a very long message for the card (much longer than a typical flower card!) and she was just as friendly and accommodating as she had been the first time. The delivery was a little complicated because it was going to an Airbnb, and there was a possibility my friend might not actually be there when the flowers were scheduled to arrive. I ended up calling the florist after hours, during dinner time, when the business was already closed. The owner herself answered the phone, reassured me not to worry, and told me exactly what to do when they reopened. When I called Monday morning, she was just as kind and helpful and immediately took care of everything. And then the flowers arrived--and WOW. They were absolutely beautiful. Exactly the feeling I was hoping for: elegant, fresh, all white, peaceful, and incredibly special. My friend absolutely loved them. The service, selection, attention to detail, and value were all outstanding. I originally chose this florist because of the wonderful Google reviews I read, and I am so glad I trusted them. They completely lived up to those reviews and then some. If you need flowers for any occasion, especially when the flowers mean something deeply personal, I wholeheartedly recommend this florist. They truly went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

What impressed me was that my husband reported such a positive experience with the shop owner. He really was charmed by her. She told him how she had always worked in flowers, and had worked at this shop for a long time when the previous owner became ill with cancer. She took care of the shop for her, but was still surprised when it was left to her. She loves coming to work every day. I am glad she is such a nice person, and runs a cozy shop. Now my husband enjoys bewildering me with flowers! We also bought our Christmas tree here, in the parking lot, from a local man. He sets up here every year.
