I'd definitely recommend every landlord out there uses a tenant screening service. FLS Tenant Referencing were a very good company to get background checks from, it was quick, inexpensive and easy. They were very helpful and everything went very smoothly. The checks must also have worked as I've not had any problems with the tenants that I've checked, so overall I'm pleased with the service and will likely be using them again.
