This place in Löderup, not too far from central Ystad, is open seasonally as part gift shop, part flower shop, part cafe. Tables are set up in a sprawling greenhouse where you can enjoy gorgeous plants and greenery, as well as look at local art on display. Especially if it happens to be a gray day, this is a pleasant place to come and feel better about life. From my experience, the overall ambiance is much more exceptional than the food. Lunch options are limited, and generally confined to pre-made dishes. My pasta salad with chicken was generously portioned, but stone cold from the fridge and not that appetizing. A slice of flourless chocolate cake with whipped cream was rich, but not exceptional. Next time I would skip the lunch and just go straight for a tea time coffee and bun. They have an extensive gift shop which I missed out on, due to time constraints, but you could easily spend a long afternoon here between browsing and have a treat. If the weather's nice, there is also outdoor seating in the garden. This place would be good for larger groups, as there are a lot of tables and places to sit, inside and out. read more
