Having RRMS with intermittent ataxia makes PT a challenge, if you don't know how to work with this kind of situation. First off, Sherry was fantastic at finding a spot for me. I had to wait a month because they're so busy but she worked to secure my appointments for the first 10appts! That's fantastic as I don't have to ask week to week regarding my next appt. Both Lindsey and Greg are amazing. They know what they're doing and the work to address specific client needs rather than pulling out the "cookie cutter" approach. This is important to me because though I'm apparently the first patient with my challenge, you wouldn't know it by their skill in helping me to train my hair even during a flare up. I'm a super fan of the ultrasound and ice with e-stem to alleviate any soreness from the PT. An added bonus is that the office is located inside Delta Valley Gym. I'm able to work on the recommended exercises myself, before or after a PT session and not leave the building! We're members of the gym anyway but the PT offers a month free at the gym if you're not already a member.

I lead a very busy, ever changing, chaotic, wouldn't change it for the world, fulfilling life. It's much appreciated that Balance Physical Therapy understands that. As for my therapy, I've worked with both Lindsay and Emma. Both are very knowledgeable and fun to engage. Taking the time to answer any and all questions that I toss their way. A phenomenal group of people doing an amazing job. I'd definitely recommend to anyone needing physical rehabilitation.

We have been long time patients of Brentwood/Antioch physical therapy and we have have always been very happy with their care and therapy sessions. My daughter saw Mary last week at their Antioch location and she was wonderful. I believe we had a miscommunication regarding scheduling and their office was very accommodating in rectifying it. It has been 6 weeks since my daughters referral was sent via fax and she has still not received an appointment. They "lost" her first referral, then when we set up all of her sessions they mysteriously disappeared from their scheduling system and had no record of her appointments. We set them back up to start this week, mi d you 6 weeks after my daughter's original referral and they cancel her appointment! I don't know who is doing their scheduling but they are very unorganized and quite rude on the phone

This journey with my lower extremities has been extremely difficult for me a lot of trauma and while I'm in pain seeking help there's no room for jokes and games and mockery of my pain and my condition. I left with more questions than answers I felt like it was a joke or I wasn't taking serious. My pain wasn't taken serious. They advertise "convenient scheduling" but it only allows a patient to "request" an appointment with your current doctor. They'll get back to you sometime in the future to confirm your request. You cannot schedule an appointment with a new provider. You'll have to call between 8 and 5 which might not be convenient for a regular working stiff. Bottom line, scheduling is a real pain and the process should be easier. Once you get an appointment all the doctors and staff are excellent but off-shore customer service brings the rating down.

Only after that appointment did I find out their physical therapy department does not take my insurance (Blue Shield PPO) and I was referred out to outside providers instead. I don't understand why this was not disclosed when I called initially, because it would have saved me time and money -- I could have gone to my primary care physician for a referral instead of paying for an unnecessary specialist visit. On top of that, the outside PT referrals I was given either weren't accepting patients or had availability pushed out for weeks (earliest was March after my January appointment). If you're calling for physical therapy, ask very clearly whether they take your insurance for PT before scheduling anything.

At 33 weeks pregnant, I started experiencing hip and lower back pain, and after just my first visit, I could already feel a huge difference. My wife had a great experience with Arnott a couple of years ago after a car crash, so I decided to book an appointment. Staff is very friendly, and Arnott is very thorough. We did an evaluation, and x-ray to start so that we could find the root cause of the issue. Once that was complete Arnott explained why I had nerve pain, and worked on stretching and adjustments as part of a plan to create some decompression and find relief. Great experience!

Went In everyone other than the doctor or what they call a doctor was nice…read more The MD wasn't bad but he just kind of had an attitude the whole time I told him something and he pushed me off and said tell your main physician I'm telling him that I don't have one and I'm trying to find one and he just put me off. Everything I had to say he basically just said I'll go tell your doctor when I just told him that I don't have one he wasn't listening to a word I had to say he was just very incoherent what I was saying. $80 for them to tell us we're fine totally laughable of an experience. On top of everything when we walked in there was absolutely no security at the door whatsoever then when we came in he started dogging us as if you've been watching everything the whole time. Not sure what's up with this facility? I get you're upset with people coming in because they're sick but I haven't been sick in a very long time so this is very unusual for me that's the only reason I had to come in is because my throat felt like it was closing in on me and I couldn't breathe but he didn't care to hear anything I had to say and just told me to take ibuprofen or Excedrin and sent me on my way. Yeah thanks for telling me to take a pill when I can't even barely drink water because my throat is so engulfed no Covid though so yay. When he came in he kind of stepped back at me and kind of threw his hand up as if he was like repulsed to even touch and be by me when he already knew that I was Covid negative. The lady at the front desk was very nice but she also sounded very sick and didn't seem like she should be there so for people to be treating me different because I'm sick and treat me like I shouldn't be there at a place that is built to see sick people I'm not understanding why I get looked at and treated as if I'm a monster. The one that walked us to the room she literally threw us in there and slammed the door in our face and said they'll be here in a minute bye... Oh my God the service is crappy here! Can't say I would actively look out going to this place ever again. Very unhelpful and very rude.
