I coordinated with Micah from Property Pics when looking to find a new photographer for my listing…read morephotos. I asked for quotes for two homes and ended up choosing to work with him on one. He asked to meet at 8am after my original request of a midday appointment. Upon arriving he commenced photos without a tripod, and was done with a rather large home in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately upon receiving the photos, they were not representative of the very lovely home, with many images visibly grainy, off colored, poorly framed and in nearly every photo with a reflective surface, Micah was visible. While he did provide more photos than promised, they were not even remotely close to the standard I expect from listing photos. When I reached out to Micah to respectfully let him know, he implied the photos quality was because of the time of day (which he chose) and because I got the 'basic' package (I wasn't aware of any packages, and I find it shocking that even a basic package wouldn't include HDR or even the basics of editing). After reviewing images more closely, I felt that quite frustrated by the situation and the quality of the images, and requested a refund from Micah. He refused and offered only to "retouch" 10 of the images, which is just a pitiful response in regards to unusable photos. It's a shame that it had to go this way, but I will be looking elsewhere for photos where I know I can get a professional photographer who will provide skillfully taken and processed images as requested.

With my wife and infant daughter watching, I suddenly found myself extremely nervous, and the weight of my work boots caused enough creaks and shifts to send nervous gasps through them from the audible tension as the roof adjusted to my weight. Desert Drones was affordable, professional, and thorough -- better still, they conducted the entire roof inspection without ever needing to prop a ladder or touch a shaky tile. Their technician did several comprehensive sweeps of my roof in just a few minutes, with a dynamic range of video and still shots. Best of all, he walked me through the pictures so that we could inspect any trouble spots together, explaining the various types of tile conditions, mud caps, vents, and tree debris on my roof and any impact. Afterwards, he sent me a full report with pictures and diagrams explaining the trouble areas so that I can hire a roofer to touch up any areas and giving me the tangible proof I need to secure a fair estimate. I will definitely hire them again in the future before buying a new house, and I am strongly recommending them throughout my neighborhood for both home and tree inspections due to an outbreak of mistletoe. This company was recommended when another didn't seem to want to deal with our unique situation. I would totally recommend and will use them in the future if possible.
