Dave was very unprofessional swearing and joking around from the first intake. Through the first initial exam to the normal adjustment appointments, he treated me like I'm just one of his buddies to him and not a respected patient. It was awkward/weird. Very in and out process without giving a care of the real issues. Don't waste your time and money to just be in more pain. Business ethics are KEY and this establishment is far from it, from the beginning to the end! GO ELSEWHERE!!! It's very unprofessional and unethical to talk about other patient's personal information while in a session with me. Citing a "policy change" and without so much as 72-hours notice, they abruptly discontinued services. This is unconscionable. Spectrum is clearly more concerned with the cost of their insurance vs. the needs and well-being of their clients. That may work when selling widgets, but they're jeopardizing people's lives with their shameful practices. Thankfully, there are plenty of firms in the Portland area that offer home care for seniors. I would strongly advise anyone/everyone to find a firm other than Spectrum.

His receptionist, Robin, is also great. She makes scheduling and paying quick and easy. The bad news: Christopher's wife is in charge of his business, and all of her decisions seem to be bad ones. There is no working wi-fi for customers or staff; they don't have a working printer or fax machine; their billing program no longer works because they refuse to upgrade from Windows 7 to the latest, Windows 11; they do not maintain their office, so the stairs up to their second floor are rickety and difficult during rain or snow. And all these complaints are of long standing; his wife doesn't even care that I have offered to fix their wi-fi for free.

I have unfortunately had lots of back pain throughout my life so I have gone to chiropractors for a long time living most of the year in Westchester County just north of NYC. And the chiropractor I have there is amazing. I have a house in Wells, near Sanford, and have been coming up here all my life, but have never needed any help with my back when I have been up in Maine, but recently for some reason I have had tingling all along my right side. I was so worried about it that I even went to the hospital here to check if I was having a stroke. I was a little wary of going to a new chiropractor here in Maine since I love mine in NY, but I worked with Dr. Brett Cole at Brink Chiropractic clinic and he was amazing! He spent so much time with me working to diagnose where my problems were stemming from and then once he had figured it out, all along the way he checked to see that I was okay when he did any kind of stretch or adjustment. He was so caring and so professional. He did not rush and I felt so cared for and after spending almost 1 1/2 hours with him, I felt so much better and have continued to feel better the whole day. He reassured me that what we were doing together would help my issues and he talked to me about stretches that I can do to help with my issues going forward. For two weeks I have been worried that my issues were related to something more than just my back and my shoulder pain and after working with Dr. Cole I feel so much better after just one session. I feel more like my old self and I am reassured that the issues that I have can be helped with the stretches that he recommended and by going back for more treatments with him. I cannot recommend Brink Chiropractic, and from my experience, Dr. Brett Cole, enough.
