Friends of ours recommended Bacher's to us, so I went ahead and made an appointment. This is the busy season for them, so when I called in May they said that they were scheduling 5-6 weeks out. We just had them cleaned and are extremely happy with their service. Last year I only had the outside windows done. This year I opted for outside and inside. The two men who came were very nice and professional. They either used booties to cover their shoes or removed their shoes. I truly appreciate this since we always removed our shoes at home. They were efficient and did an excellent job. We have screens on most windows, as well as wood inserts/crossbars that must be removed before cleaning. No problem at all.
