Absolutely will never schedule another appointment here again. I received 3+ phone calls a day…read moreprior to my appointment to make sure I still had said appointment. On the day of my appointment I received a phone call after driving all the way to the office, 15 minutes before my appointment I received a phone call informing me the doctor was out for the day, mind you I was informed the doctor I was to see hadn't been in the office for the past few days. Why call and check if I'm still coming for my appointment if the doctor hasn't been in for multiple days? If you're going to call and have someone reschedule do them a favor and call them well before the scheduled appointment not 15 minutes before. If I could give a negative star review I'd give this facility -5 stars. I waited over a month for this appointment, lost a days pay,and had to drive my pregnant wife,14 month old daughter, and 10 month old niece to drive 2 hours to not even be informed my appointment wasn't going to happen. When I called back and cancelled my "rescheduled" appointment the receptionist was very rude about my cancellation. From my only experience with this facility I can honestly say they don't care about the patient's at all. Seriously I recommend going to a different facility where the doctors and staff care about you. Seriously wish I could leave a worse review. If you care for yourself or family don't bring them to this facility.

Dr. P is so nice and down to earth. He will spend as much time with as we need. He is intelligent and has a great knowledge base. My husband had a nagging cough for over two years and no one could figure it out. After just one visit with Dr. P, his meds were change and a week later no cough or shortness of breath. Dr. Priebe has also treated some of our joint pain and arthritis and we haven't felt this good in years. Great option for sports medicine in the clinic too. We will send all our retired friends to see him. The front office staff is wonderful and caring. Donna and Amber are just so sweet when we come in.

She was not very understanding of my wife's illness. She even told me just to come in to fill out paperwork. I know she isn't a nurse of very probably knowledgeable of health concerns, but try to be more helpful. My has seen several doctors and no one can figure it out. The PA was really nice and helpful but the staff leaves something to be desired. The girls at check-in kept talking while we were signing in. My wife was having a hard time signing and some blonde-redhead with bloodshot eyes kept huffing and puffing about us taking too much time. When someone is sick they want compassion and patience. We will get our records and go to Midlands. We had heard mixed comments on this clinic.
