Trotz wiederholter Anrufe meinerseits werde ich nur vertröstet. Seit letzter Woche Freitag wurde angekündigt, das Paket sei bei Hermes, wurde aber nicht abgeschickt. Aufgrund dieser Situation habe ich bereits eine Anzeige erstellt. Es scheint, als wäre ich nicht die Einzige, die mit solchen Problemen konfrontiert ist. Daher bitte ich alle, die ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben, sich bei mir zu melden. Ich habe extra dafür eine Mailadresse eingerichtet: babywagensulingen@fn.de. Ich habe als frischgebackene Mutter 1200€ überwiesen und mein Kind muss nun auf einen Kinderwagen verzichten, bis die Angelegenheit geklärt ist. Das finde ich zutiefst enttäuschend und traurig. Bitte schreiben Sie mir an die oben genannte Mailadresse, damit wir gemeinsam gegen diese mutmaßlichen Betrugsfälle vorgehen und andere Familien vor solch schmerzhaften finanziellen Verlusten schützen können. They promised delivery within 2-4 weeks, but of course, nothing arrived. After that, it became very difficult to reach them by phone. When we finally did, they informed us that the manufacturer would ship the order in another 2 weeks and that they don't handle the shipping. After 2 weeks, they simply turned off their phone and went on vacation, making it impossible to contact them again. I reached out to the manufacturer, and they informed me that this store is not an official representative and they couldn't provide any information about my order. Waiting any longer was pointless, especially since my wife was about to give birth. We had to make a purchase from a more reliable store. In response to my email canceling the order, they sent some sort of form that needed to be filled out. I completed and returned it, but of course, the money was never refunded. I honestly doubt they will return the money, but if I don't receive a refund within a week or two, I will contact a lawyer who will help file a lawsuit against them and hold them accountable for the moral and material damages they have caused our family. They have been deceiving many people for a long time and remain unpunished. I cannot understand how they still have such a high rating. I am sure the number of negative experiences far exceeds the positive ones if positive experiences even exist at all. You will encounter the same issues if you decide to place an order with them. I urge all victims not to let this situation go unresolved. Also, report them to the police, take them to court, etc. Businesses like these should be held accountable for their actions and should not be allowed to continue operating.
