We came on 06/07/26 because of the one dress my daughter saw on TikTok pink with a bow on the left shoulder. Javier ask for a $300 deposit (not a problem) total package was $2000. we set the date for today 06/22/2026 at 10:00 am ohh surprise when I saw the store closed I called both numbers on the flyer Javier gave me and I guess is Leonardo's number (owner) he said the appointment was at 9:00 am he said he tried to called me the day before to change the time but my number was wrong and that's right I accept that but why you make people sign a contract if you will not respect it???? He wants to put my daughter at 6:00 pm but I already loss my day at work after 6:00 my daughter have practice. So no I prefer to get a refund Javier said to comeback at 2:00 but around 12:45 I ask to get my money on Zelle I didn't want to drive and make another trip to that place because I had enough and don't want to see those faces anymore. Justine was very welcoming & professional she made sure to check on our practicing on our mannequins & always asked if we had any questions after every lesson! Quiero empezar diciendo algo importante: la maestra Meli en ningún momento fue grosera, ni levantó la voz, ni tuvo una mala actitud personal. El problema no fue su carácter. El problema fue la falta de organización, preparación, respeto por el tiempo de los alumnos y la muy baja calidad de la enseñanza para lo que este curso cuesta. Durante los tres días se perdió muchísimo tiempo. No se comenzaba puntual, no estaban listos al iniciar, y gran parte del día se iba en tiempos muertos, pláticas irrelevantes y desorganización. Cuando uno paga por capacitación, espera aprovechar cada minuto aprendiendo, no esperando. El contenido fue muy básico y, sinceramente, insuficiente. Nos faltaron muchísimas cosas por aprender. Sentimos que básicamente pagamos por un certificado, no por una preparación real para salir y aplicar tratamientos con seguridad y conocimiento. Lo que más me pareció incorrecto fue lo que ocurrió el tercer día. Muy temprano, antes de terminar el curso y cuando todavía faltaba muchísimo por ver, nos hicieron pasar a tomarnos la foto de "graduación" y a grabar un mensaje hablando sobre nuestra experiencia. En ese momento todavía no habíamos terminado el día, ni habíamos visto todo el contenido pendiente. Se sintió como si quisieran obtener testimonios positivos antes de que nos diéramos cuenta de todo lo que realmente faltaba por aprender. Yo para nada me siento orgullosa de los certificados que compre. Eso fue lo que más me hizo sentir que se estaban aprovechando de nosotros. No fui la única que se sintió así. Todo mi grupo compartió la misma opinión y la misma frustración al final del curso. Este curso no es barato, y por esa razón me siento con la responsabilidad de escribir esta reseña: para que otras personas no inviertan su dinero pensando que saldrán realmente capacitadas, cuando la realidad es que la preparación es muy deficiente. Ojalá esta academia mejore su organización, respete el tiempo de sus alumnos y eleve la calidad del contenido que ofrece, porque actualmente no está a la altura de lo que cobra. Ahorren un poco mas e inviertan en una academia mil veces mejor, yo por ahorrarme unos dólares me fue mal. No lo recomiendo. (La foto adjuntada nos dejaron esperando después del lunch, ya habían pasado como 40 minutos extra)
